Description

Concentration: “GL” or Gallon sizes are often super-concentrated, designed to be diluted or used with dispensing systems in restaurants, schools, and hospitals.
Performance: Features high foaming, stable suds for long-lasting cleaning power, designed to cut through grease, oil, and baked-on deposits.
Uses: Ideal for three-compartment sinks, manual pot/pan washing, and, as shown on Mission Linen Supply and Wikipedia, it can sometimes be used for cleaning surfaces like windows, walls, and floors.
Composition: Contains water-soluble surfactant blends (anionic/nonionic). Institutional versions are often biodegradable and phosphate-free.
